1. Update from the City of Fountain Valley Engagement Team – Presentation by Meghan Wishner, Management Analyst and Tania Knauerhaze, Human Resources Manager Meghan Wishner presented the achievements completed by the Engagement Team as well as the results of the trial 4/10 Pilot Program. The City Council voted to make the 4/10 work week permanent.
2. Presentation on the request to have the City Clerk hold City Council Records – Presentation by Colin Burns, Attorney for the City and Rick Miller, City Clerk Rick Miller presented the request for records keeping of City Council records.

PRESENTATIONS
Presentation of a Proclamation to Trauma Intervention Program on their 30th Anniversary – Presentation by Mayor Bui
Mayor Bui presented the proclamation to Debs Fyvie of the Trauma Intervention Program in recognition of there 30th Anniversary.
Recognition of Republic Services Employee Eddie Chavez Mayor Bui presented Eddie Chavez with a Certificate of Recognition and a City of Kindness coin for his efforts in helping a resident who was having a medical emergency.
