By a 5-0 vote, the City Council voted to approve two Code Enforcement cases.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: (1 potential case)
By a 3-2 vote the City Council voted to approve initiating a weapons petition. Council member Bui and Vice Mayor Harper voted against approving the weapons petition.
