Mayor Pro-Tem Mejia called special meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

The special meeting went into closed session at 5:31 p.m.
Mayor Parra left the special meeting at 6:25 p.m.
Councilmember Kazarian left the special meeting at 6:30 p.m.

The meeting was reconvened into open session at 6:34 p.m.
There was no reportable action on either item.
