9A. Actions pertaining to the 2023-2031 Housing Element:
i. Conduct a public hearing; and,
ii. APPROVE Resolution No. 2746 finding that the City of Fowler 2023-2031 Housing Element is consistent with the scope of the 2040 General Plan EIR (SCH No. 2021110053) and adopting the City of Fowler 2023-2031 Housing Element Motion made by Mejia, Seconded by Gill.
