Mayor Parra called meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

10. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

10A. APPROVE Resolution No. 2749, Approving and Adopting a Capital Project Spending Plan and Budget Amendment for the David T. Cardenas Senior Center and Police Headquarters Project for Fiscal Year 2024/2025, and Awarding the Construction Contract to Katch Environmental, Inc. in the amount of $14,450,000.00 Mayor Pro-Tem Mejia recused himself due to owning property within 500 feet of the project site.
Motion made by Gill, Seconded by Kazarian.
Voting Yea: Parra
Voting Abstaining: Mejia
11. STAFF COMMUNICATIONS
At the beginning of the meeting, City staff and representatives from unWired Broadband provided an update on the water line break that occurred over the weekend. 11A. Community Drop-Off Day Update
