SCOPE OF WORK:
Design services for the Bidding and Construction Administration Support scope for the Fowler Police Headquarters. Services include assisting this City in the Bidding process (including responding to RFI’s and preparing Addendum as necessary), and providing Construction Administration (including responding to RFI’s, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, attending bi-weekly virtual OAC meetings, and performing four progress site visits.
EXCLUSIONS:
Items that are excluded include cost estimates, geotechnical investigations or reports, consultation with local building official, and evaluation of non-structural or secondary structural items and their attachments.
FEE ARRANGEMENT:
Compensation for the outlined Scope of Work shall be a lump sum amount:
Phase 3: Bidding, Preconstruction & CA = $ 39,639.00
