Mayor Mejia called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

City Staff Present: Interim City Manager Gaffery, Deputy City Attorney Lear, Fresno County Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Dominguez, Recreation Supervisor Hernandez, Finance Director & Treasurer Moreno, City Engineer Park, Police Chief Reid, Public Works Director Rocha, and City Clerk Vasquez.

10. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

10A. APPROVE Resolution No. 2775, for Annexation of Tract 6405 into the City’s Landscape and Storm Drainage Facilities Maintenance District No. 1 One ballot was issued.
One ballot was received in favor of the annexation.
No ballots were received in opposition to the annexation.
Motion made by Kazarian, Seconded by Parra.
Voting Yea: Kazarian, Parra, Mejia, Gill, Hammer
11. STAFF COMMUNICATIONS
Updates were provided by City Engineer Park, City Clerk Vasquez, Recreation Supervisor Hernandez, and Finance Director Moreno.
12. COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS AND COMMENTS
Updates were provided by Councilmember Parra, Mayor Pro-Tem Gill, Councilmember Hammer, and Mayor Mejia. Councilmembers recognized and thanked Finance Director & Treasurer Moreno for her contributions to the City of Fowler.
