1. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
Mayor Mejia called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

One member of the public spoke.
7. CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember Parra made a motion to Approve Consent Calendar items 7A through 7C. Motion seconded by Councilmember Hammer.
Motion made by Parra, Seconded by Hammer.
Voting Yea: Mejia, Gill, Hammer, Kazarian, Parra
8. CONTESTED CONSENT CALENDAR
Item 7D was pulled from the Consent Calendar by Mayor Mejia for further discussion.
Mayor Mejia made a motion to table this item to the June 3, 2025 Council meeting.
The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Gill.
Motion made by Mejia, Seconded by Gill.

9. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Public Works
A. APPROVE RESOLUTION No. 2785, a resolution directing the City Engineer to initiate and prepare the Engineer’s Report for the City’s Landscaping and Storm Drainage Facilities Maintenance District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2025-26 Motion made by Kazarian, Seconded by Gill.

10. STAFF COMMUNICATIONS
A. Measure C Presentation
After the Measure C presentation, updates were provided by City Clerk Vasquez and City Engineer Park.
11. COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS AND COMMENTS
Updates were provided by Councilmember Kazarian, Councilmember Hammer, and Mayor Mejia.
