Mayor Mejia called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Item 7C, APPROVE a Revised and Restated Disposition and Development Agreement between the City of Fowler and Bill Purewal for the 0.265 property located at the southeast corner of North 6th and East Tuolumne Streets (APN 343-142-14T), more commonly known as the Fowler Christian Church, will be continued to a future Council meeting.

7. CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember Kazarian made a motion to Approve Consent Calendar items 7A, 7B, 7D, and 7E. Motion seconded by Councilmember Parra.

B. INTRODUCTION of Ordinance 2025-03, Amending Chapter 1, Chapter, 3, and Chapter 4 of Title 8 of the Fowler Municipal Code, Related to the Adoption of the California Building Code
Motion made by Gill, Seconded by Kazarian.

C. APPROVE Resolution No. 2781, adopting an addendum to the City of Fowler General Plan Environmental Impact Report and approving General Plan Amendment No. 25-11, with the land uses proposed under Alternative A. - Continue to July 1, 2025

Public Works
D. AWARD the 7th Street & Merced Street Right Turn Pocket Project CML 5170 (038) to MAC General Engineering in the amount of $123,011 and authorize City Manager to execute the agreement

E. RECEIVE AND FILE the Cross-Connection Control Plan Informational Report F. APPROVE a professional services agreement with Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group in the amount of $142,000 for engineering and construction management services for the Fresno Street Improvements Project and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement
