This meeting is being conducted by teleconference at the following locations: Fowler City Council Chamber, 128 S. 5th Street, Fowler, CA 93625; and Hyatt Regency Long Beach, hotel lobby, 200 South Pine Ave., Long Beach, CA 90802. Each teleconference location is open to the public and any member of the public has the opportunity to address the City Council from a teleconference location in the same manner as if that person attended the meeting location. The City Council will control the conduct of the meeting and determine the appropriate order and time limitations on public comments from the teleconference locations.

City Council meetings are open to the public at the physical address listed above. Resolutions and Ordinances - With respect to the approval of resolutions and ordinances, the reading of the title thereto shall be deemed a motion to waive a reading of the complete resolution or ordinance and unless there is a request by a Councilmember that the resolution or ordinance be read in full, further reading of the resolution or ordinance shall be deemed waived by unanimous consent of the Council.
