Mayor Mejia called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

The meeting went into closed session at 6:02 p.m.
4. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION AND REPORT ACTION
The meeting reconvened into open session at 8:04 p.m.
Mayor Mejia reported that a selection was made but no formal reportable action was taken during closed session.

Having no further business, the special meeting was adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
