Executive Summary: Request to rezone from Preliminary and Precise Planned District P-2006-10 to Preliminary and Precise Planned District P-2021-160 to facilitate and allow the development of a three-building industrial development totaling approximately 397,000 square feet for tech industrial uses on a 22.4-acre site that was never redeveloped by the former Globe project. Staff has reviewed the proposed project for consistency with the General Plan and Fremont Municipal Code (FMC).
The ordinance was introduced by the City Council at its March 15. 2022 meeting. The ordinance is now before the Council for adoption.
