RESOLUTION NO. 2022-XX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FREMONT
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS
GRANT (ESG) AGREEMENT WITH THE UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City has been allocated $149,961 in ESG entitlement funding from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for FY 2022/2023; and
WHEREAS, on October 4, 2022, the City Council conducted a public hearing on the proposed FY 2022-23 ESG Program Request for Proposals (RFP) for the proposed use of Funds and afforded the public an opportunity to be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FREMONT RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. ESG Funds for FY 2022-23 are appropriated to Fund ___.
SECTION 2. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute the ESG entitlement funding agreements with HUD.
