Dear Ms. Reid,
After reviewing the drawings we have no problem with the proposed sign for Papé.

Thank you for allowing me to review this as well.

Sincerely,

Good afternoon Robert and Jeff,

Hoping you both are well and we are looking forward to being neighbors with you. Hoping we can make that happen soon. Guys, we had a small issue come up we were wondering if you might be able to help with. We are trying to move forward with our sign that will face towards 680 on the back of the property, and the City of Fremont wanted to make sure each of our neighbors on each side were ok with our sign.

Attached are the specifications of the sign.

If you look on the back
of the property on the 680 side, you’ll see some scaffolding that we put up with the top part using orange fabric to show the proposed area of the sign. We were hoping there were no issues here with you on this sign and if all was ok, if we could have your approval to give to the City of Fremont? We have a meeting with them this week, so hoping we can get your approval to take to this meeting with us.

Thank you again, and we’re really looking forward to being neighbors with you.

Benjamin
