Call to Order: Vice Mayor Cox called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
Roll Call: Present: Vice Mayor Cox, Councilmembers: Campbell, Kassan, Shao, and Salwan. Mayor Mei arrived at 5:47 p.m. and Councilmember Keng arrived at 5:53 p.m.
