Executive Summary: On May 17, 2016, the City Council created the Mission Peak Permit Parking Program ("Program"), which was set to expire on July 7, 2020. On May 19, 2020, the City Council extended the Program by an additional three years to expire on July 7, 2023. The Chief of Police recommends that Council extend the Mission Peak Neighborhood Permit Parking Program for ten years.
The ordinance was introduced by the City Council at its May 9, 2023 meeting. The ordinance is now before the Council for adoption.
