Call to Order: Councilmember Keng called the m eeting to order at 1:02 p.m.
Roll Call: Present: Vice Mayor Cox, Councilmembers: Keng, Campbell, Shao, and Salwan. Mayor Mei arrived at 1:10 p.m.
Absent: Councilmember Kassan
CONVENED SESSION:
Mayor Shih-Hsien Lin of Changhua, in Taiwan ROC, and his delegation, visiting City of Fremont, CA.
Mayoral delegation and City staff shared information about City of Fremont Operations. This was followed by a question and answer period.
Mayor opened the public comment period. There being no speakers, Mayor Mei closed the public comment period.
The Special Meeting of the Fremont City Council adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
