Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit:

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
a. Overtime hours will be charged at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the hourly rate, plus the hourly rate for staff. b. A $275 cleaning/damage deposit will be charged to all Groups. This is refundable. c. Rental rates are subject to change without notice.
d. Break down of what will be deducted from cleaning/damage deposit for failure to comply with requirements:
1. Tables/chairs not cleaned $50
2 2. Spills on floors not wiped up and/or debris not swept up $50
3. Room not rearranged properly and furniture not put away $50
4. Garbage and trash not emptied into dumpster $50
5. Garbage and trash left in patio $50
6. False fire alarm or request for police services necessitated by disturbance $75
7. More than one change request $25
8. Excessive mess left in the restrooms $50
9. Damage to equipment, property& plants Actual Cost of Replacement
10. A fee of $100 per half (1/2) hour for events exceeding 11:00 p.m. closing.
11. A penalty fee based on the total cost of the rental will be charged for cancellation prior to the event – No Charge - 30 or more days prior to the event -30% - 29-11 days prior to the event -100%- 10 days or less to the event.
All users of facilities to abide by the Fremont Family Resource Center Facility Use Policy.
