RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FREMONT
ORDERING THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF THE ANNUAL
ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR LANDSCAPING ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT 88 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024/25
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FREMONT RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Harris & Associates is hereby designated by the City Council as the Engineer for the Fremont Landscaping Assessment District 88 and is hereby ordered to prepare an annual Engineer’s Report in accordance with the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972, and to file the Engineer’s Report with the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. In accordance with Streets and Highways Code Section 22622, the City Council determines that based on information provided in the staff report dated April 9, 2024, there is no proposed new improvements and no substantial changes in existing improvements in the District.
