Call to Order: Mayor Mei called the meeti ng to order at 6:01 p.m.
Roll Call: Present: Mayor Mei, Vice Mayor Shao, Councilmembers: Campbell, Kassan, and Salwan. Councilmember Keng arrived at 6:12 p.m. Councilmember Cox arrived at 6:23 p.m.
