Call to Order: Mayor Mei called the meeti ng to order at 5:30 p.m.
Roll Call: Present: Mayor Mei, Vice Mayor Campbell, Councilmembers: Kimberlin, Shao, and Salwan. Councilmember Keng arrived at 5:51 p.m.
Councilmember Cox arrived at 6:31 p.m.
