Executive Summary: The applicant proposes to redevelop the 4.2-acre site with a new approximately 70,000 square foot industrial building. To facilitate the project, a General Plan Amendment to redesignate the land use of the site from Regional Commercial to Tech Industrial, a corresponding Rezoning from Regional Commercial (C-R) to Tech Industrial (I-T), a Discretionary Design Review, and other land entitlement approvals have been requested.
The ordinance was introduced by the City Council at its January 14, 2025 meeting. The ordinance is now before the Council for adoption.
