All that real property situated in the City of Fremont, County of Alameda, State of California, being all of the parcel of land as described in that certain Grant of Easement recorded July 20, 1973, as Document Number 73-98685, Official R ecords of Alameda County, State of California, said parcel of land being described in said Grant of Easement as follows:
“Portions of Lots 38 and 39, Map of E. Salz Add ition to Centerville filed in Book 23 of Maps at
Beginning at the intersection of th e southwestern line of Bell Str eet (formerly B Street) and the northwestern line of Mowry Avenue (County Road 49), also being the northeast corner of Lot 40 as said street, road and lot are shown on the aforementioned map; thence from said point of beginning running along the afor ementioned northwestern line of Mowry Avenue South 32°52’ West 224.00 feet; thence North 57°22’ West 78.50 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 57°22’ West 22.00 feet; thence North 32°52’ East 10.00 feet; thence South 57°22’ East 22.00 feet; thence South 32°52’ West 10.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.”
CONTAINING 220 square feet, more or less.
