Being a portion of Grove Avenue (formerly Olive Street), as said Olive Street is shown on the Map of the Town of Mission San Jose, filed on October 27, 1868 in Book 6 of Maps at Page 17, Alameda County Records and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block F, as said lot and block are shown on the Map of the Town of Mission San Jose, filed in Book 6 of Maps at Page 17, Alameda County Records, said corner being on the southerly line of said Olive Street; thence on the northerly extension of the westerly line of said Lot 1 North 12°52'36" West
10.00 feet; thence North 77°07'24" East 140.00 feet; thence along a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 10.00 feet, a central angle of 90°00'00" and an arc length of
