1. PRELIMINARY
A. Call to Order: Mayor Salwan called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
B. Flag Salute: Councilmember Campbell led the salute to the flag.
C. Roll Call: Mayor Salwan, Vice Mayor Keng, Councilmembers: Campbell, Zhang, and Liu
Absent: Councilmembers: Kimberlin and Shao
D. Announcements by Mayor/City Manager
Mayor Salwan announced the Boards and Commissions vacancies.
City Manager Shackelford introduced colleagues.
2. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
A. Oral and Written Communications – None.
Mayor Salwan opened the public comment period. There being no speakers, Mayor Salwan closed the public comment period.
3. SCHEDULED ITEM
A. Mayor Salwan opened consideration of a Presentation and Hold a Work Session Evaluating Revenue Measure Options
City Manager Karena Shackelford, Catherine Lew, Co-Founder of the Lew Edwards Group and Curtis Below, Partner and Chief Operating Officer of FM3 Research gave a presentation.
The consultants and staff responded to questions from Councilmembers.
Mayor Salwan opened the public comment period. The following person commented: Kelly Abreu. There being no additional speakers, Mayor Salwan closed the public comment period.
Additional discussion followed.
4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Salwan adjourned the meeting at 5:45 p.m.
