LEGAL DESCRIPTION
FOR A PORTION OF AN EXISTING 15-FOOT-WIDE STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
TO BE VACATED

All that certain real property situated in the City of Fremont, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows:
Being a portion of a 15-foot-wide storm drain easement over Parcel 5 as shown on Parcel Map 7077, filed on May 28, 1997 in Book 229 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 93 to 100, Records of Alameda County, and also as shown over Parcel 3 as shown on Parcel Map 7123, filed on June 22, 1999, in Book 244 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 80-83, Records of Alameda County, consisting of a 15-foot- wide strip of land, lying 7.5 feet on either side of a centerline more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the southerly line of Nobel Drive as shown on said Parcel Map 7123, said point being located South 60°00'00" East 23.84 feet from the northwesterly corner of Parcel 3 of said Parcel Map 7123, and also being the northerly terminus of the centerline of a 15-foot- wide storm drain easement as shown on said Parcel Map 7123, and also shown on Parcel Map 7077, filed on May 20, 1997 in Book 229 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 93-100, Records of Alameda County; thence southerly along said centerline South 30°00'00" West 318.00 feet; thence continuing along said centerline South 27°27'06" East 72.88 feet to the True Point of Beginning of this description; thence continuing along said centerline of said existing 15-foot-wide storm drain easement to be vacated.
