CAFÉ BUSINESS AREA AND OFFICE SPACE AT CENTERVILLE TRAIN DEPOT The following substitutions, alterations, changes, clarifications, additions and /or deletions are hereby made a part of the contract documents for the above project, and shall conform with all applicable specifications and details contained herein. Any changes to the requirements will be made by written addendum to the bid. Any written addenda issued pertaining to this bid shall be incorporated into the terms and conditions of resulting agreement. The City will not be bound to any modifications to or deviations from the requirements set forth in this bid as the result of oral instructions.
This Addendum to the Cafe Business Area has the following changes/clarifications/revisions:
