Background Information:
Why do you wish to serve as a member of this Board or Commission:
I have served on the George W. Patterson House Advisory Board (PHAB) for many years as the Washington Township Historical Society representative and will be termed out this December.
I have enjoyed my tenure on the Board and feel that I have had a positive impact in maintaining the P.H. Museum for all to enjoy and learn from. This building is an important part of Washington Township's History and I would like to continue serving, this time as a Citizen at Large.
What would you bring by way of perspective or experience to this Board or Commissior:.
My past experience as a PHAB member where I would be able to share some of the background of previous Board decisions. Provide some context of 'why something was done the way it was'.

Additional Information (Pléase provide any other information which you feel would be useful to the City Council in reviewing your application.)
I am concerned that the PHAB will be starting 2026 at a disadvantage. Most of the current board members will also be termed out leaving the new board with almost no historic knowledge of what the Board has done and background reasons for various decisions. I would like to serve another term to be sure that the Board will not be re-inventing the wheel Civic service is a privilege and responsibility of interested, qualified. sincere citizens. The vaius and importance of wide participation of a large number of citizens cannot be measured. Your interest in serving on a board or commission of the City of Fremont is greatly appreciated.
General Information: Your application is a public document and will be kept on file for one year.
