Executive Summary: The Applicant proposes a General Plan Amendment to redesignate the land use of a 11.21-acre site located at 43800 Osgood Road from Regional Commercial to Tech Industrial, a corresponding Rezoning from Regional Commercial (C-R) to Tech Industrial (I-T), a Discretionary Design Review Permit, and other minor entitlement approvals.
The ordinance was introduced by the City Council at its June 9, 2026, meeting. The ordinance is now before the Council for adoption.
