Call To Order & Welcome By The Mayor
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Salwan at 6:33 p.m.
Angela Tirado sang the National Anthem.
Present: Mayor Salwan and Councilmembers: Keng, Campbell, Kimberlin, and Liu
Absent: Vice Mayor Zhang and Councilmember Shao
Staff Present: City Manager Shackelford, City Attorney Alvarado, Assistant City Manager Briggs, and City Leadership Team State of the City Address
Mayor Salwan provided updates on the City’s latest initiatives and successes.
Public Comments
Speakers: Yibin Ma, Jacob Martin, Cynthia Tanyan, Wendy Huang, Kelly Abreu, Yashdeep Deswal, and Gita Chaudary shared a variety of questions and comments.
Closing Remarks & Meeting Adjournment
Mayor Salwan provided closing remarks and concluded the State of the City Address at 7:38 p.m.
