A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING STAFF TO RETURN
WITH OPTIONS TO REDUCE PLAN CHECK FEES TO
INCENTIVIZE MULTIFAMILY HOUSING
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as follows:
1. The Administration is directed to return to Council in 60 days with a plan to expedite the process for plan checks of multifamily housing in the City.
