A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, SUSPENDING THE PROVISIONS
OF THE LABOR MANAGEMENT ACT
WHEREAS, the Council passed the Labor Management Act in 2010, as amended in 2014; and
WHEREAS, the Council now deems it advisable and in the best interest of the City to temporarily suspend the provisions of the Labor Management Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City o f Fresno as follows:
1. Effective as of 9:00 a.m. January 27, 2022, the provisions of the Labor Management Act are hereby temporarily suspended through February 11, 2022. * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
