Briefly explain why are you interested in serving on this board or commission? I believe that one of the keys to a thriving community are humans that have a sense of agency, belonging, capability, and significance in the workforce and I want to do my part to support mine.

10 years ago co-founded an Education Technology company that helps learners of all ages develop Social Emotional competencies which are key components of skills needed in the workforce. To date, with our partners, we have equipped over 1M learners nationwide with skills to navigate their career exploration, job acquisition, and workplace engagement (ie: happiness). Previous to this, I spent 15 years in a Fresno-based Staffing and Human Resources organization, working my way up from receptionist to Vice President.
