Briefly explain why are you interested in serving on this board or commission? I am interested in membership of the commision as I believe that Mobile Home Communities (MHC) are vital to affordable housing, and preserving these communities helps alleviate the housing availability burden that we are experiencing everywhere. With many residents earning fixed income on par with National Poverty Level, rent stability plays a critical role for residents and community owners/managers alike.

In my 15 years experience in the development and management of affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization programs, I have had the opportunity to personally inspect over 3000 owner-occupied mobile homes. In these duties, I have worked alongside park managers and MHC residents to help stabilize these homes, as they represent the most affordable housing solutions in many communities.
