The City of Fresno Finance and Audit Committee met at 1:32 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall.
Roll Call
In attendance: Chair Esparza, Vice Chair Bredefeld, and Boardmember Arias.
Vice Chair Bredefeld was absent during roll call and joined the meeting at 1:35 P.M.

Discussion on this item included: Fire positions and number of hours of overtime and the dollar amount attached to it; state laws and overpayments; back stopping overtime and accountability for overtime; lag time between new Memorandum of Understandings and Fair Labor Standards Act overtime; progress of current audits including parking and police payroll; closing audits in a timely manner; possibility of external audits versus increasing resources for internal auditors.
