2021 HOUSING ELEMENT
AND GENERAL PLAN
ANNUAL REPORTS
The City of Fresno is holding public hearings on the Housing Element and General Plan Annual Progress Reports. These reports review the City’s progress on General Plan and housing objectives and programs, including Fresno's overall housing production in the past year. The General Plan is the City’s overall vision for development and land use, while the Housing Element is the City’s housing plan. These plans apply to all property in the city and within the Sphere of Influence. The purpose of the hearing is to present the Annual Progress Reports to the public and allow residents and
stakeholders the opportunity to provide feedback to City staff and policy-makers. The hearing will be held at the following date and time. Both in-person and remote participation are welcome.
