A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
MAKING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 2022-152
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRESNO ESTABLISHING RULES FOR THE APPLICATION OF
CITY EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION RA TES AND SCHEDULES
AND RELATED REQUI REMENTS, AND ESTABLISHING
COMPENSATION RATES AND SCHEDULES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fresno, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Exhibit 6, Unit 6, Bus Drivers and Student Drivers (ATU), is hereby amended to provide salary increases for respective classes as required by the adoption of the successor Memorandum of Understanding between the City and Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 1027 (ATU) (Bus Drivers and Student Drivers), retroactively effective June 20, 2022.
SECTION 2.
Upon final legislative approval, this Resolution shall become retroactively effective June 20, 2022.
