Office of Councilmember Mike Karbassi
WHEREAS, Sebastian was born February 8, 2016 and attends Tatarian Elementary School. Sebastian has just graduated Kindergarten from Ms. Tafoya’s class excelling and creating a bond with math and art; and
WHEREAS, Sebastian is heading into the first grade and is confident in making more friends and focusing on schoolwork. Not only does Sebastian consider fellow students as friends, but cherishes the friendly bond between teachers and even new Principal Michele Markarian; and
WHEREAS, the roots of community service and care shows in Sebastian’s ability to help around school and well as his own neighborhood, making sure it is free from litter and everyone is greeted friendly on the playground; and
WHEREAS, Sebastian has several healthy interests at a young age including basketball, soccer, swimming , and riding his bike; with special interests in all things involving LEGOs, Dinosaurs, and Star Wars; and
WHEREAS, Sebastian is also getting involved with the c ommunity, attending some Political Science lectures with his mother Kathleen and serving a most exciting honorary role of Director of Complaints with Fresno Reel Pride’s Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, Mayor Jerry Dyer and the Fresno City Council do hereby recognize:
“Junior Councilmember of the Day ,
Sebastian Arambula ”
in the City of Fresno.
