The Veterans Boulevard – North Extension construction package is funded by Local Measure “C”, Developer Fee Funding, and State Local Partnership Program grant. The design and Right of Way phases for the Veterans project were primarily funded by Local Measure “C”, Developer Fee Funding and a small federal grant from the Transportation, Community, and System Preservation Program (TCSP).
