A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
APPROVING THE REALLOCATION OF $420,000 FROM THE FIRE
STATION 10, 12 AND REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER BOND DEBT
SERVICE FUND TO THE FIRE STATION #12 CONSTRUCTION
FUND TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE DEMOLITION PHASE OF
THE PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT $420,000 within the appropriations set forth in PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 2022-154 be and is hereby approved to be reallocated from the Fire Station 10, 12, and Regional Training Center Bond Debt Service Fund to the Fire Station #12 Construction Fund.
