Neighborhood Meeting December 22, 2021
QK hosted a neighborhood meeting regarding the annexation of six properties (APN’s: 481-020-01, 473- 030-10, 473-030-63, 481-010-19U, 481-010-24U and 481-060-02S). Property owners and representatives from the subject parcel (Robert Ohanesian) and the parcel to the west (Martin Dedekian) were in attendance for the meeting. The two parcels to the north did not have representatives attend the meeting. QK representative Trevor Stearns went through the meeting Agenda which included a description of the project, annexation process and city services that will be required after annexation. There were no questions asked from the property owners on the meeting.

consent forms from the parcels with the railroad
parcels?
QK will reach out to the owners of the railroad to
get consent forms. If QK is unable to get said
forms, Qk will contact LAFCO to determine the
way to move forward with the annexation.
Additionally, QK will reach out to LAFCO about
the opposed parcels to the north.
