Re: Hinton Park – Change in Contactor for Demo/Grading/Paving
To Whom it May Concern:
Ardent General Inc is requesting to replace DeAnda Company with JT2 for the demo, grading, and paving scopes of work. After numerous attempts to coordinate with DeAnda to execute their subcontract and provide a schedule to start construction, Vincent DeAnda notified AGI they will not be proceeding with this project.
For the reason listed above, AGI is requesting to enforce Public Contract Code 4107.(a)(1) to change the contractor that was listed at time of bid. I appreciate your time considering this request and looking forward to hearing from you.
