THAT the purp ose is to appropriate $604, 400 for a collaborative effort with the City of Mendota, Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission (FEOC), Boys & Girls Club of Fresno County and California State University Fresno, Foundation in Youth Development/Youth Prevention and Intervention by providing services to the youth and young adolescents on the impacts of the legalization of cannabis with the Proposition 64 Public Health and Safety Cohort 2 (Prop 64) Program grant.
