• After review of the project specifications and past projects of this type, staff has determined that the increased cost of the project is due to steady increase in material and labor costs in the current economic climate.
BACKGROUND OF PROJECT (To be completed by Evaluating Department/Division. Explain need for project/equipment):
In January 2019, Facilities Management received a Form 10 request from PARCS to construct a new splash play area at Fink-White Park with funding from Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
This new facility will replace the existing wader pool that is beyond its useful lifespan and is no longer considered ADA accessible.
