On motion of Councilmember Chavez, seconded by Council President Esparza, the above agenda was APPROVED. The motion carried by the following vote:

ID 22-1896 Notice of Special Session Meeting - Signed
OPEN SESSION:
A. ID 22-1899 Appoint Annalisa Perea to fill the vacancy in the position of Councilmember for Council District 1, effective December 14, 2022, through the remainder of the current term, pursuant to Charter Section 305(d).

Councilmember Arias, that the above Action Item be APPROVED. The motion carried by the following vote:
