FRESNO ADOPTING THE 577 th AMENDMENT TO THE
MASTER FEE SC HEDULE RESOLUTION NO. 80 -420 TO
REPEAL TRANSMISSION GRID CREDIT/REIMBURSEMENT
AMOUNTS UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
UTILITIES SECTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as follows:
THAT The Master Fee Schedule Resolution No. 80-420 be and is hereby amended to repeal various fees in the Department of Public Utilities. The revised pages of the Master Fee Schedule are attached as Exhibit “A” and are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Resolution. Only those fees shown on Exhibit “A” are being altered or amended. All other fees set forth in the Master Fee Schedule will remain in effect as originally adopted.
THAT the fees adjusted by this RESOLUTION shall become effective upon approval, unless otherwise noted on the revised pages of the Master Fee Schedule.
