A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO MAKING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 2023-183
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO ESTABLISHING RULES FOR THE APPLICATION OF CITY
EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION RA TES AND SCHEDULES AND
RELATED REQUIREMENTS, AND ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION
RATES AND SCHEDULES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fresno, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Exhibit 3, Unit 3, Non-Supervisory White Collar (FCEA), is hereby amended to adjust the A Step of the Emergency Services Dispatcher 11 classification from $5,405 to $5,410 per month, effective September 25, 2023.

Exhibit 13-1, Unit 13, Exempt Supervisory and Professional (CFPEA), is hereby amended to increase the monthly salary step plan range for Chief Surveyor from $9,861 - $11,966 to $11,353 - $13,800, effective September 11, 2023.
