A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING THE
ADMINISTRATION TO PREPARE AN ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS RESOLUTION AMENDMENT
RELATING TO THE PAYMEN T OF FEES ASSOCIATED
WITH THE INITIATION OF A PLAN AMENDMENT AND
REZONE IN DISTRICT 4
WHEREAS, on September 28, 2023, the Council approved a Resolution Initiating an Amendment to the Fresno G eneral Plan, any Applicable Specific Plan, and to the Official Zoning Map for Real Property Located at the Northwest Corner of East McKinley Avenue and North Fine Avenue, APNs 494-29-105 and 494-29-110, Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Sections 15-5803-B and 15-5803-C (the Plan Amendment and Rezone); and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Department has indicated that the Plan Amendment and Rezone requi res the payment to the City of applicable City processing fees as outlined in the City’s Master Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS, Council desires to identify the source of such fees to be the Planning and Development Department budget; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to amend the City Budget to reflect said allocation of funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as follows:

1. The Council directs the Administrati on to bring forward an Amendment to the Annual Appropriations Resolution at the October 19, 2023, regul ar Council meeting for Council consideration.
