As requested by your office, the owner submitted its Conversion Impact Report and Relocation Plan (“Report”) to the City th rough your office on June 28, 2023.
Pursuant to Government Code section 65863.7(d) , the owner is formally requesting a hearing before the City Council on the sufficiency of the Report within 60 days of this letter (105 days following submission). A copy of the Report sent on June 28, 2023 is attached for your convenience.
