Wr3REAS, the Acting Director of Public Works has sub=itted a proposed Supplemental Freeway Agreement covering that p~rtion Sy~t3 Highway Route ~ in the County of Fresno, between oQ~ mile southeast of Highland Avenue and Church Avenue; which said supp- lemental Agreement substitutes a revised exhibit "A" without otherwise modifying the terms of the original Agreement executed by the Fresno County Board of Supervisors on December 22, 1959; am,
WHEREAS, the two freeway projects covered by the original Agreement were completed on November 13th and October 29th, 1963; and, the revised exhibit "A", Drawing No. 5-101 R-l dated Febru3.1"'y 1964, reflects the as-built conditions and includes the changes made during the design and construction of said freeway projects, Now, therefore, adopting the recommendation of the
Acting Director of Public Works, and upon motion of Supervisor Olsen, seconded by Supervisor MaIm, and carried, authorization is hereby granted for the Chairman of the Board to execute the aforementioned Supplemental Freeway Agreement for, and on behalf of the Co~ty of Fresno.
ADOPTED by the Fresno County Board of Supervisors this
31st day of March, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
